Superb value for money accommodation that is both clean and comfortable. The only thing to be aware of is the free parking is not always free as it is dependent on who and how you booked. The staff were really friendly and plenty of parking available. The services next door offered a Burger King. Starbucks and other food and drink options.
This hotel ticked all the boxes for our one night stay. The shower was particularly fabulous, the beds were comfy and the staff were very friendly. Great to have a large bank of electric car chargers right outside the hotel.
I have given 5* because the price for the room is an absolute bargain! Its in a super convenient location for visiting telford, we had two triple rooms and they were both spotlessly clean. The staff were really helpful and willing to offer any advice or support. Beds were comfy enough, good night sleep, on lot of noisy neighbours but that happens everywhere! bath and shower, with BK, waitrose and Starbucks convenience next door (30 second walk). For the amount of money I've spent on fandangled hotels etc, I can't say I've been more pleased than this, when you get a pleasant surprise other than expecting something luxurious and ending up disappointed.
The location is perfect if you fancy a stay after a long trip also if you fancy breakfast in the morning there’s a range of shops literally on the doorstep of the hotel, the staff are approachable and friendly the price point is affordable compared to most hotels in and around the area, cleanliness is immaculate and if there’s any danger of fire, don’t worry the fire alarm will wake you up it’s a 10/10 experience for me on a whole I highly anyone booking a stay here if there tired from travelling and there near the area
AMAZING VALUE ! Lovely check in and welcome. My room smelled fresh clean and was warm. Great powerful shower and nice to have a soak in the bath. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. No issues with the Wifi. Free parking a bonus! I will definitely stay again on business.

Poor reviews of this hotel actually shock me. The rooms are cheap, basic, but the price reflects this. It’s very clean and comfortable and the staff are so friendly and smiley, they all genuinely look like they enjoy working there, which is lovely to see! There is a £5 parking fee if you don’t book directly, but £5 for over night parking is a bargain, most places are much higher priced for parking! Will definitely recommend and will be back
